Job summary

Under supervision, you will conduct screenings, develop treatment plans, facilitate group sessions, and provide individual support to clients.

Qualifications

• Hold one of the licenses: MAADC I or II, CADC, CRADC.
• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/equivalent required.
• Supervision and professional development under Missouri Credentialing Board or Dept. of Insurance/Professional Registration rules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in screening and assessment under supervision.
• Collaborate in developing treatment plans based on assessments.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment planning discussions.
• Facilitate group counseling, education, and individual counseling sessions.
• Maintain professional relationships with referrals, clients and coworkers.
• Handle crisis situations per agency policies and notify supervisors as needed.
• Complete annual training requirements as specified in training plans.
