ANINE BING is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship store in Short Hills, New Jersey. This role partners with the Store Manager and Sales team to deliver a client-first experience, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a strong, high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail experience in luxury or contemporary fashion, strong clienteling skills, and a proactive leadership style. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience in the contemporary, advanced contemporary, or luxury market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive and positive handling of customer concerns, with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate brand ambassador and communicate ANINE BING’s values to clients & peers.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized, elevated service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive daily sales, lead the team, and grow KPIs.
• Develop styling expertise and mentor team members to extend client relationships.
• Drive sales via client outreach, appointments, and external consignments.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and support visual merchandising directives.
