ANINE BING is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our SoHo flagship in New York. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Sales team to deliver a client-first experience, drive KPI growth, and lead a high-performing team.

The role focuses on brand storytelling, in-store experiences, and operational excellence while mentoring staff and balancing sales with hands-on duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience in contemporary, luxury, or similar market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive handling of customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Able to manage sales goals, budgeting and retail math.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and communicate ANINE BING values to clients and peers.
• Build lasting client relationships with best-in-class service.
• Lead and support daily sales, team leadership, and store operations.
• Develop styling knowledge and mentor the team.
• Drive sales through client outreach and appointments.
• Maintain store presentation and support visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory, online orders, cash handling, and cycle counts.
