You will lead in a fast-paced, luxury environment, using data to optimize performance and build strong community partnerships. Expect a dynamic role with a focus on client relationships and brand elevation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury or advanced contemporary retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on strong client relationships.
• Proactive handling of customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to manage and achieve sales goals, budgeting, and retail math.
• Strong coaching and performance management abilities for team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ASM, Stylists, and Operations to deliver a luxurious in-store experience.
• Foster a Clienteling mindset and drive business through appointments and repeat clients.
• Analyze KPI reporting and develop strategies to drive performance and meet goals.
• Own hiring and training of the store team to meet expectations in a flagship setting.
• Collaborate with HQ to plan community events and partnerships for the market.
