Job summary

gpac is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution on large-scale development and construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and development teams while gaining exposure to owner and development activities from planning through project completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field, and familiarity with Procore.

Qualifications

2+ years of commercial construction experience.
Experience with multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or high-rise projects is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning and execution of large-scale construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and development teams.
Assist with schedules, budgets, contracts and documentation.
Review plans, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
Track progress and help resolve issues.
Participate in meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
Gain exposure to development and owner side from planning through completion.
