Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm.
• Develop understanding of the business to GM level within a year.
• Create connections that last beyond the interaction and teach the team.
• Hit sales goals through speed and service, resolve problems calmly.
• Lead on inventory, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
