Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging fresh ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance, and enforcing cash control & security protocols
