Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.

• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and demonstrating hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control & security.
