Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Statistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting is expected.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly GL reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Research GL discrepancies, outages and pending transactions; ensure accuracy.
• Post accurate journal entries with proper descriptions and account numbers; maintain controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for assigned GLs and maintain accruals.
• Maintain and improve GL procedures; respond to process efficiency opportunities.
• Process ACH and share draft postings, including exceptions and reconciliations.
• Handle internal CRM tickets and collaborate across departments as needed.
