• Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper documentation.
• Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized financial records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, including onboarding and payment workflows.
• Partner with internal departments and treasury teams to support seamless financial operations.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and bill payment tracking.
