Job summary

Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking an Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow sales and expand the customer base.

This role collaborates with Customer Service Representatives and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately, customer needs are met, and sales opportunities are maximized while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts while maintaining long-term relationships and high satisfaction.
• Achieve annual and seasonal sales objectives, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and promote product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for new opportunities.
• Communicate demand, forecasts, and feedback to Production, Purchasing, Distribution.
• Prepare sales reports and account updates for leadership.
