Andres Ordaz - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. The role focuses on growing the agency through meaningful customer relations and coordinating with agent office departments to meet client needs.

You will promote relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and assist with resolving complex customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
