Job summary

Uplane seeks a growth operator to join full-time on-site in San Francisco or Berlin. You will work directly with the founders on everything that makes Uplane grow, building structures, processes, and teams for a fast-scaling AI-native marketing operating system.

You will own growth initiatives, help scale internationally, and ensure new hires are up to speed within days. Fluency in German and English is required along with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, consulting, startups or operations.
• Strong social skills and ability to win people over.
• Structured and organized; can run many tasks in parallel.
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant.

Responsibilities

• Growth Projects: work directly with the founders on what moves Uplane forward, including scaling the team internationally and launching new projects.
• Build AI-Native Operations: embed AI in every workflow; minimize manual work.
• Build the Team: help find and onboard people who will build the marketing agency of the future; ensure new hires ramp up quickly.

Companies waste billions on bad ads, mismatched landing pages, and poor budget allocation. Uplane fixes this by building an AI marketing operating system. Our software supports marketing teams with static ad creation, video ad creation, landing page design, budget allocation, and more. We are building the AI software for the next generation of AI-native marketers and need an ambitious growth operator who will do whatever it takes to grow the company and build the operations behind it.

We're seeking a highly motivated, German- and English-speaking growth operator to join our team full-time (on-site in San Francisco or Berlin). In this role, you work directly with the founders on everything that makes Uplane grow. You build the structures, processes and team behind a company that is scaling fast across Germany and the US, and you take on whatever is most important right now.
