Role Title: Growth Operator Hiring Entity: Cosella Pronounced: Co-Seller
About Cosella
Cosella is an AI-powered sales copilot built to help sales teams perform better during real sales conversations.
We help companies turn their sales knowledge, scripts, product information, objection-handling frameworks, and best practices into intelligence their sales reps can access when they need it most.
Our goal is simple: help companies close more of the opportunities they are already getting and make strong sales performance more consistent across the entire team.
We are building Cosella for ambitious sales organizations and companies that want to scale revenue without performance depending on only a handful of top-performing reps.
We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator to own and scale Cosella’s growth engine.
This is not a role where you simply manage social media or coordinate marketing tasks.
You will sit at the intersection of growth, marketing, sales, and product, and take ownership of how Cosella attracts prospects, converts them into qualified opportunities, turns those opportunities into customers, and improves the funnel over time.
You’ll work directly with the CVO, our media buyer, UGC creator/presenter, product team, and the sales team you’ll lead/manage.
Your job is simple: Build a predictable system that generates qualified leads and turns them into revenue.
CRM & Pipeline Management.
Work closely with our Media Buyer, to plan, launch, monitor, and improve paid acquisition campaigns.
Work with our UGC Creator and Presenter, to continuously produce the creative assets required for campaigns.
Develop campaign angles and offers.
Create creative briefs.
Develop engaging hooks and messaging.
Coordinate UGC production.
Review campaign performance.
Identify winning and losing creatives.
Develop new creative tests based on performance data.
Repurpose winning content across paid and organic channels.
You should constantly be asking: What message, creative, audience, or offer should we test next?
Own the complete Cosella acquisition funnel. This includes: Ads → Landing Pages → VSLs → Webinars → Lead Capture → Booked Calls → Sales Calls → Conversion.
Build and improve landing pages.
Coordinate VSL campaigns.
Support webinar funnels.
Improve booking flows.
Reduce drop-offs across the funnel.
Improve conversion rates at every important stage.
Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and offers.
Ensure tracking is properly implemented across the funnel.
You are responsible for understanding where prospects drop off and finding ways to improve it.
Growth does not stop when somebody books a call. You will work closely with the sales function to understand what happens after a lead enters the pipeline. The responsibilities include:
Continuously identify and test new ways to acquire and convert customers. These experiments include: new advertising angles, diverse UGC formats, VSLs, live webinars, recorded webinars, lead magnets, outbound campaigns, retargeting, email campaigns, partnerships, referral programs, new landing pages, new offers, and account-based campaigns. Additionally, you should be comfortable launching experiments quickly, measuring the results, and killing what doesn’t work.
Own visibility into Cosella’s growth performance. Track metrics such as:
Create simple weekly reporting showing: What happened → Why it happened → What we're changing next.
Growth should not stop after acquisition. Work with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve:
We want someone who is comfortable doing the work, not just managing people who do it.
Within this role, success means Cosella develops a growth engine where we can clearly understand:
