Job summary

ParetoHealth in Philadelphia, PA is offering a Growth Operations Internship to support the Commercial organization in growing more efficiently. You will work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to advance strategic initiatives, optimize processes, analyze data, and translate strategy into coordinated execution.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, building dashboards and materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in the Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August.
• Must be a Rising Junior or Rising Senior attending an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives and Commercial events, including project coordination, materials development, tracking, and follow-up.
• Assist in analyzing business and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain and improve operational processes, workflows, documentation, and reporting that support the Commercial organization.
• Support Salesforce/CRM initiatives, including data organization, reporting, process documentation, and user adoption.
• Assist with cross-functional projects focused on sales effectiveness, broker engagement, events and experiences, and other growth priorities.
• Create presentations, trackers, dashboards, event materials, and other resources that help teams stay organized and leaders understand progress.

Position Summary
