• Executive Pastor is the primary integrator and driver of the church’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Discipleship movement & leadership development across Groups, Teams and Ministries.
• Create and own leadership recruitment, training and development systems.
• Collaborate with Lead Pastor to ensure Staff culture, healthy communication and governance.
• Oversee church operations including HR, facilities, tech and calendar management.
• Oversee Admin Associate and Finance Team for people movement and financial health.
• Provide pastoral care, preach and assist in worship as assigned; invest in kingdom partnerships.
