Job summary

somewhere is seeking a Growth Operations & Projects Coordinator to keep the growth team organized and moving in a remote, async-first environment. You will build and maintain Notion dashboards, track dependencies, and ensure hand-offs are clean and complete.

You will coordinate across external agencies, email marketing, and monetization teams, turning meetings into actionable tasks and updating SOPs. A sharp eye for detail and strong Notion skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Notion: databases, relations, rollups, formulas, views, automations.
• Strong tech, ops, and systems chops enabling the team.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying blockers and dependencies.
• Excellent remote communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using AI to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ads project management: keep the paid ads pipeline on schedule and logged in Notion; coordinate with production and ensure timely approvals.
• Cross-team coordination: connect external agencies, email marketing, monetization, and paid products; flag blockers early.
• Projects & dashboards in Notion: build and maintain projects, databases and dashboards with current status.
• SOPs: write, update, and own SOPs; document processes rather than relying on memory.
• Meetings: turn notes into assigned tasks and keep calendars updated.
