We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Assistant to support the CEO of UniteGPS, a fast-growing software company on a mission to transform student transportation through artificial intelligence.

This isn’t just another office job. You’ll work directly alongside the company’s founder and gain firsthand experience helping scale a successful Maine-based business into a national leader.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and research-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in executing internal projects, researching strategic opportunities, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

1. Conduct research to support growth and capital-raising efforts
2. Help manage projects, documents, internal processes, and schedules
3. Assist with marketing, hiring, and systems development
4. Collaborate directly with leadership and gain rare insight into how high-growth companies scale
