Job summary

Arrowhead Specialty, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance businesses, align divisions with the Division President, and scale operations while preserving entrepreneurial culture.

You will drive performance, oversee integration of acquisitions, and collaborate with enterprise teams to execute strategic priorities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across complex multiple business models.
• Experience driving performance improvements in insurance/financial services.
• Proven ability to integrate acquired businesses while preserving culture and local expertise.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Division President and profit center leaders to set priorities and drive performance across the portfolio.
• Lead integration and optimization of acquired businesses while preserving entrepreneurial culture.
• Develop growth plans and scalable operating models to support long-term performance.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement across the portfolio.
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand capabilities, reach and growth potential.
