Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated strength across FP&A, business partnering, and analytics.
• Experience with sales analytics, pipeline reporting, or commercial finance preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Clear, confident communicator able to translate financial data for non-finance audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-BU process integration and align GO financial processes, planning assumptions, and reporting cadences.
• Partner with Sales COE and BU finance teams to connect GO planning to enterprise growth needs.
• Provide day-to-day financial partnership for GO leadership and account leads.
• Develop workforce analytics and pipeline reporting, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
• Support FP&A and forecasting, including monthly P&L updates and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for pricing strategies and gross profit improvement.
