Job summary

Restoration 1 of Pelham is seeking motivated team members to join our local restoration crew. You will perform essential duties with a focus on safety, reliability, and excellent customer service while learning fire, water, and mold remediation processes.

We offer training, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement on a growing team. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed in Alabama.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Detail oriented and able to think through situations.
• Responsible for quality of work and proper maintenance of company vehicles/equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
