Restoration 1 of Birmingham is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to manage crews and ensure high-quality water, fire, and mold remediation work in Pelham, AL. You will lead up to three technicians, train assistants, and document jobs for smooth billing and insurance processes.

The role requires IICRC WRT certification, at least 1 year of hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

What you'll do:

You'll lead crews of up to 3 techs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs - setting the pace on quality and customer care, training up your team, and documenting jobs right so billing and insurance go smoothly.

What we're looking for:

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required


• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in water, fire/smoke, and mold remediation


• Proven ability to lead and supervise a small crew


• Valid driver's license, clean driving record


• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in attics/crawlspaces

Bonus points for:

additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT), trauma/crime scene cleanup experience, or familiarity with Encircle/Xcelerate.
