Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL is seeking a Server to provide warm, efficient guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will take orders, describe specials, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering orders, handling payments with POS, and maintaining a clean workstation. Previous service experience and licensure requirements may apply; cross-training in bartending is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS system required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions; suggest items.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenish items as needed.
• Assist in pre-shift meetings and taste tests; maintain organized workstation.
• Cross-train in bartending; operate POS and handle payments.
