Job summary

Georgia Auto Pawn, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to guide customers through financial solutions, asking the right questions and helping them decide, including discussions about money.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and stay engaged even when customers hesitate or say no, while learning quickly through coaching and structured training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing, performance-driven role guiding customers through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
• Stay positive and engaged when customers hesitate or say no; take feedback and apply it immediately.
