Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume stores. You will spend most of your time on the floor coaching, motivating the team, and maintaining an engaging showroom while ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with The Bob’s Way.

The role is full-time and in-store, with availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays, plus a compensation range of $70,000–$75,000 with a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
