FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in Concord, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate. You will listen to customer needs, present product information, and close sales to exceed expectations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role offers promotion opportunities every 3 months based on performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and employee merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail experience.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards.
• Proactively assist customers using the U.N.I.Q.L.O service standard.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor in full size runs.
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
