FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Newbury Street location in Boston's Back Bay. The role is available as full-time or part-time with starting pay of $18 per hour.

You will meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, assist customers with product knowledge, and help with stock and cashier duties. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers with product knowledge and provide service per UNIQLO standards.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor.
• Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Support with special projects as assigned by management.
