Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls from lead lists to grow relationships.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits.
• Informs customers about digital tools like mobile, online, and ATM services.
• Delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience during all interactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex goals to an internal team.
• Follows bank processes and regulatory requirements; manages operational risk.
