Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch 90-Day Training Program.
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly.
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes.
• Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host 3-4 open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and partner calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties.
• Keep informed about real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
• Work collaboratively with lenders and inspectors.
