• 1–5 years of construction experience (or relevant internship).
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Assist with pay applications, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track and manage change orders and project updates.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
