Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Decatur, GA is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and develop clinically. The role offers a six-week onboarding (Vitals+), mentorship opportunities, ABTPRFE-accredited residency styles, and in-house CE courses.

The compensation ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year with monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
