La Villa Grande Care Center in Grand Junction, Colorado is actively seeking passionate Physical Therapists to join our in-house team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, perform screenings, and contribute to high-quality post-acute care.

New grads welcome; strong orientation and ongoing support are provided. This position involves standing, walking, lifting as needed, and delivering skilled interventions per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsabilités

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop effective care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Stand and walk regularly; assist with lifting and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Produce comprehensive discharge summaries meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
