PureHealth in Dallas, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, ensuring care is compliant with regulations.

You will participate in assessment support, implement treatment plans, document daily progress notes, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy assistant program.
• Minimum of 1 year therapy assistant experience.
• Licensed PTA in Texas.
• Proficient in documentation and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessment under PT supervision.
• Implement treatment plans
• Document daily charges and progress notes
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Coordinate discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
