Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to join a collaborative team dedicated to improving access to behavioral health care. The role supports supervision and ongoing professional growth as clinicians work toward licensure, with a focus on sustainable, personalized care.

The team collaborates with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive mental health services across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments with clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans; manage insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and admin staff for holistic care.
