Responsibilities

• Open new files and initiate client contact, maintaining regular communication.
• Investigate cases and gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.
• Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, maintaining contact with insurance companies.
• Manage client medical care: schedule appointments and explain procedures.
• Monitor case status and review medical records.
• Organize and maintain case files for submission to demand writers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience.
