Qualifikationen

• Two years ER experience or four years clinical practice recommended
• Ability to lead and train staff; strong client communication

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and diagnose illnesses
• Develop and implement treatment plans; perform surgeries and provide therapies
• Administer vaccines and preventive care; monitor patients and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with technicians and staff for safe animal handling and care
• Maintain accurate medical records and SOAP-style documentation
• Educate clients on disease prevention, nutrition, and home care
• Perform surgical procedures (spaying, neutering, dental, orthopedic) with adherence to protocols
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice growth and learning
