World Finance in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Financial Services Representative to assist the Branch Manager in running the branch efficiently and to maximize growth. The role focuses on lending, customer service, and adherence to policies while supporting company culture.

The position is full-time with hourly pay between $15 and $19. Responsibilities include loan processing, cash handling, deposits, and building community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and close on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete daily branch deposits and transport money to/from the bank as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
