Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches within Indiana. You will guide teams, model excellent customer service, coach staff, and drive growth by promoting loan products and tax services to help customers improve their financial well-being.

The role requires proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage budgets and compliance across locations.

• Address customer needs holistically—from loans to tax services.
• Promote World Finance products and services to support customers’ financial success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Build relationships within communities served and identify growth opportunities.
