The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Naples, FL to identify its next Chief Financial Officer. This executive will lead financial strategy, planning, and capital investments while aligning with the organization’s growth and community impact.

The CFO will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to drive sustainable financial performance, strengthen controls, and support expansion of services and facilities.

Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or related mission-driven organizations.
• Experience navigating complex funding, reimbursement, and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to partner with executive teams and Boards to drive strategy and growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Board to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
• Provide financial leadership for expansion projects, capital investments, and new facilities.
