Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and service excellence.
• Balance employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Build shift supervisor capability for the next level.
• Acknowledge team successes and celebrate achievements.
• Coach brand service behaviors with training, observation, feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and manage schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
