Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King restaurants in Minnesota and is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant Manager. The role focuses on developing servant leaders, delivering memorable guest experiences, and balancing excellent service with financial goals.

You will train new team members, lead engaging team huddles, coach staff, and ensure compliance with quality, service and cleanliness standards in a busy environment. Strong communication and supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Coaches brand service behaviors—train, observe, give feedback, celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and orders; implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments.
• Creates and manages onboarding for new team members.
• Implements actions addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
