You will assist with AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry, while contributing to month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR) or related work.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor communications
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Support month-end close activities and general ledger maintenance
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system
• Assist with expense reporting and account reconciliations
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review
• Help maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
