Job summary

Ren is seeking an experienced growth marketing professional to act as the analytical and operational engine behind Corporate Marketing for Ren, RCF, and AEF. You will coordinate paid, content, and earned channels to drive growth from onboarding to conversion.

Key duties include aligning strategy across channels, managing SEO and keyword insights, guiding agency execution, and driving CRO experiments. A strong analytical mindset and multi‑stream leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in integrated or growth marketing or marketing operations.
• Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console or equivalent.
• Experience directing an agency’s day-to-day execution, briefs, budget, and accountability.
• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization including landing pages and CTAs.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and informing content strategy from search intent.
• Detail-focused and capable of managing multiple workstreams toward a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated strategy and ensure alignment across paid, content, and PR.
• Manage SEO and AEO execution including keyword and topic intelligence.
• Coordinate the campaign calendar and briefing process across teams.
• Direct paid media agency execution, briefs, budgeting, testing, and reviews.
• Own the path from advisor engagement to conversion and drive website optimization experiments.
• Develop and maintain a weekly performance view and KPI framework across channels.
