Job summary

NIP Group, a rapidly growing insurance services provider, seeks a data-driven Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist. This fully remote role reports to Marketing Operations and focuses on demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution through hands-on management of performance marketing programs.

You will own acquisition channels, analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled optimization across the customer journey, shaping GTM growth strategy for priority programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Own paid and owned acquisition channels and performance analytics.
• Develop and optimize demand gen campaigns across surfaces.
• Lead testing roadmap for messaging, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content, email, SEO, and partnerships to drive pipeline.
