Purpose Driven Wealth in Loveland, CO, is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive client growth through campaigns, events, content, and referrals. The role is in-person and will collaborate with Thrivent-affiliated advisors to expand reach and impact.

You will design marketing plans, track leads and ROI, and translate market insights into targeted outreach while supporting the firm's mission of confidence and clarity. A background in financial services marketing is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running marketing campaigns with measurable lead or appointment results and compliance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical aptitude and familiarity with business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Basic understanding of Thrivent Financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified leads to support revenue goals and assist the sales team through referrals.
• Attend and manage events and post-event follow-up.
