YLT7 is a fast-growing consumer brand startup based in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, building a portfolio of modern lifestyle and e-commerce brands. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to run performance and growth marketing across our brands, focusing on paid advertising, CRM, conversion optimization, and analytics, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience managing campaigns with a proven track record of results.

Formación

• Portfolio or samples showing campaigns and measurable results.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and GA4.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid advertising across Meta and other platforms, including setup, daily optimization, testing, and weekly reporting.
• Track KPIs and build weekly/monthly reports; surface insights and opportunities.
• Own ad creative logs and test trackers; collaborate with Creative to translate learnings into briefs.
• Execute email and SMS campaigns; manage promotional calendars, segmentation, and retention initiatives.
• Support website promotions, launches, and CRO; coordinate A/B tests and QA.
• Collaborate with Creative and other departments to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Support other marketing projects including social and influencer initiatives.
