Overview
- Partner with VP of Sales and Strategic Growth to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads within target healthcare and medical device markets
- Create compelling content including case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral that articulates GMLx’s value proposition
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn, industry forums), and email marketing platforms
- Coordinate trade show presence including booth design, promotional materials, event coordination, pre-show marketing, and post-show follow-up
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify positioning opportunities and emerging trends in healthcare logistics
- Coordinate customer success stories, testimonials, and reference program activities
- Implement and manage lead generation campaigns, tracking metrics and optimizing conversion rates
- Maintain CRM data integrity and generate regular reports on inbound leads
- Support RFP/RFI responses with compelling written content and visual presentations
Brand Management & Communications
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital properties, and customer touchpoints
- Manage relationships with external vendors including graphic designers, web developers, and marketing agencies
- Coordinate public relations activities including press releases, industry awards, and thought leadership opportunities
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, social media engagement, and industry forum discussions
- Manage brand reputation across digital channels and proactively engage with industry conversations
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership team
- As GMLx continues to scale, this role will evolve to support new markets, service lines, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, healthcare, or medical device industries
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience marketing to medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations or logistics service providers is a plus
- Background in content marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation is a plus
- Experience with trade show planning execution in healthcare or logistics industries is preferred
- Understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and distribution operations is a plus
- Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred
