The role involves visiting local dental offices, coordinating CPR classes, hosting events, and maintaining Seattle Study Club activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support practice growth and referral development.
• Monitor and manage the practice marketing budget and track return on marketing initiatives.
• Analyze marketing trends, referral patterns, and patient trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing referring practices and develop new referral relationships.
• Create and maintain an engaging social media presence across appropriate platforms.
• Develop and schedule social media content highlighting the practice, providers, team, services, events, and community involvement.
• Make regular visits to local dental offices to personally connect with teams and providers, deliver treats and marketing materials, and strengthen professional relationships.
• Coordinate appreciation initiatives and outreach programs for referring offices.
• Identify opportunities for the practice to become more involved in the local dental and professional community.
• Plan and host company events, appreciation events, and professional networking events.
• Coordinate and host CPR renewal classes for local dental practices.
• Manage and coordinate the practice’s Seattle Study Club, including communication, scheduling, event logistics, speakers, and member experience.
