Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, business development, or communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, and sponsorship programs.
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong strategic marketing, planning, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, social media, SEO/PPC, event planning, relationship management, project management, data analysis, reporting, budget management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand visibility across all service areas and divisions.
• Generate qualified leads and support revenue growth targets.
