Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a marketing leader to own and optimize digital campaigns across major channels from NYC. You’ll manage substantial budgets, partner with design and product teams, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

With 5+ years in campaign management, you’ll leverage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to achieve efficient CAC and robust ROAS while shaping marketing strategy in a dynamic AI-enabled fintech startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Managed $50K-$250K/month in spend and scaled budgets while maintaining efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Test 10+ new ad concepts per week and collaborate with design/creative teams.
• Stand up new channels (programmatic, podcasts, CTV) and expand spend.
• Own performance reporting from top-of-funnel to pipeline generation for leadership.
• Set up or improve conversion tracking and attribution.
• Optimize campaigns, audiences, and creative strategy to improve ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to boost performance.
